Spicy Blue Heritage
Made with Saint Sauveur 1972 Rum
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Saint Sauveur 1972 (2-Year)
- 1 oz Blue Curaçao
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz cucumber water or juice (pre-pressed or store-bought)
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/4 oz simple syrup (optional, depending on palate)
- Glass: Tajín-rimmed martini glass
- Garnish: Edible flower + gold flakes
Instructions:
- Rim glass with Tajín using a lime wedge.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard until icy cold.
- Strain into the martini glass.
- Sprinkle with edible gold flakes.
- Garnish with a vibrant edible flower.
