Haitian Spice
Made with Saint Sauveur 1972 Rum
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Saint Sauveur 1972 Rum
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/4 oz honey syrup (or simple syrup)
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Ice
- Pineapple wedge for garnish
Instructions:
- In a shaker, combine rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, honey syrup, and bitters.
- Add ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
