Haitian Spice

Made with Saint Sauveur 1972 Rum

Ingredients:

2 oz Saint Sauveur 1972 Rum

1 oz pineapple juice

1/2 oz fresh lime juice

1/4 oz honey syrup (or simple syrup)

2 dashes Angostura bitters

Ice

Pineapple wedge for garnish


Instructions:

1.⁠ ⁠In a shaker, combine rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, honey syrup, and bitters.


2.⁠ ⁠Add ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.


3.⁠ ⁠Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.


4.⁠ ⁠Garnish with a pineapple wedge.

Tropical, spiced, and lightly sweet — an elevated island escape in every sip.
