Heritage Punch

Heritage Punch, a luxurious tribute made with both Saint Sauveur 1972 Rum and the Saint Sauveur 4-Year Rum:

A celebration of Haitian pride and ultimate luxury.

Ingredients:

1 oz Saint Sauveur 1972 Premier Rum

1 oz Saint Sauveur 4-Year Rum

1 oz fresh lime juice

1 oz guava nectar

1/2 oz passionfruit syrup

1/4 oz grenadine

2 dashes Angostura bitters

Ice

Pineapple (for serving)

Mint sprig, lime wheel, and pineapple wedge for garnish


Instructions:

1.⁠ ⁠Hollow out a fresh pineapple to use as your glass (or use a highball if preferred).


2.⁠ ⁠In a shaker, combine both rums, lime juice, guava nectar, passionfruit syrup, grenadine, and bitters.


3.⁠ ⁠Add ice and shake until chilled.


4.⁠ ⁠Strain into the prepared pineapple over crushed ice.


5.⁠ ⁠Garnish generously with mint, lime wheel, and pineapple wedge.
