Heritage Punch
Heritage Punch, a luxurious tribute made with both Saint Sauveur 1972 Rum and the Saint Sauveur 4-Year Rum:
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Saint Sauveur 1972 Rum
- 1 oz Saint Sauveur 4-Year Rum
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz guava nectar
- 1/2 oz passionfruit syrup
- 1/4 oz grenadine
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Ice
- Pineapple (for serving)
- Mint sprig, lime wheel, and pineapple wedge for garnish
Instructions:
- Hollow out a fresh pineapple to use as your glass (or use a highball if preferred).
- In a shaker, combine both rums, lime juice, guava nectar, passionfruit syrup, grenadine, and bitters.
- Add ice and shake until chilled.
- Strain into the prepared pineapple over crushed ice.
- Garnish generously with mint, lime wheel, and pineapple wedge.
