Spicy Blue Heritage
Made with Saint Sauveur 1972 Rum
Ingredients:
2 oz Saint Sauveur 1972 (2-Year)
1 oz Blue Curaçao
1 oz Pineapple juice
½ oz Cucumber water or juice (pre-pressed or store-bought if needed)
½ oz Fresh lime juice
¼ oz Simple syrup (optional, depending on palate)
Glass: Tajín-rimmed Martini Glass
Garnish: Edible flower + gold flakes
Instructions:
1. Rim glass with Tajín using a lime wedge.
2. Add all ingredients to shaker with ice.
3. Shake hard until icy cold.
4. Strain into martini glass.
5. Sprinkle with edible gold flakes.
6. Garnish with a vibrant edible flower.
