Haitian Spice
Made with Saint Sauveur 1972 Rum
Ingredients:
2 oz Saint Sauveur 1972 Rum
1 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/4 oz honey syrup (or simple syrup)
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Ice
Pineapple wedge for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a shaker, combine rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, honey syrup, and bitters.
2. Add ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.

Tropical, spiced, and lightly sweet — an elevated island escape in every sip.
